The Calendar component allows you to schedule one time or recurring events
Have you ever scheduled a meeting or event and only half of the participants attended?
- The Calendar’s Email Reminder option is the solution. It sends email reminders to registered users the day before the event. Registered users have the ability to opt out of site email reminders.
The Calendar also supports recurring meeting. Schedule the meeting one time and the recurring meeting rule applies to the entire calendar. One time events and forty types of meeting rules are available. Mouse over the meetings below to see the meeting detail.
For organization member who may not have access to a computer or the Internet. Click the printer icon below and the calendar is loaded in a Schedule like format which can easily be printed and distributed.
Each page can have it's own Calendar. This feature comes in handy when you want to maintain one calendar for staff and another for anonymous and registered users. Used in conjunction with Group Membership the email reminders can be restricted to members of the associated group. So only the Staff gets the Staff Calendar email reminders.
