Content Management System For Schools

Schools find great value in CMS. Each teacher can have their own Class Home Page. St Barnabas Episcopal School teachers maintain their Class Home Page, a Homework Page and a Calendar Page. This keeps parents informed about upcoming class projects and gives parents a way to verify their children's homework is complete.

Value Added School Features:

• Calendars: With CMS any page can be a calendar. This helps parents find the information they need. Class, Special Events, School Calendar, and PAC Lunch are just examples of how a School may want to organize their calendars. This is a great alternative to 1 calendar with so much information on it that it's impossible to read. 
   
• Documents: CMS supports uploading Word/PDF and other document formats. This gives parents access to Admission forms, Student Handbooks, procedure documentation etc.
  
• Flexible Navigation: The system supports an unlimited number of sub pages. This makes it easy to accomodate a page or even several pages for each class. The pages can be assigned to the Teachers (any user with a Content Manager Role) so they can manage their content without impacting the do not have rights to edit.
